Scene 1- Features all actors getting in the car, and will show the actors facial expressions specifically, as it is imperative they look excited.   Scene 2- A close-up shot of everyone in the car. It is meant to convey the sense of travel, so the car will be moving.   Scene 3- The actors will walk towards the fair. This shot will show the fair, and it will let the audience know the setting for the rest of the music video. Scene 4- Actors receive their wristbands. This will be an extreme close-up, showing the details of the hands and wristbands.   My group chose to use the song "Good Days" by Sza for our music video. Schedule: Group research was created on November 14, 2021, based on our songs genre. Location, schedule, props, costumes, and the backup plan were established on November 16, 2021. The storyboard will be created by two group members on November 19, 2021. Filming will begin on Tuesday, November 23rd for the music video. Another day set for filming will be Friday, November 26th. *Another day could be added based on the number of quality shots we are able to get during those days. The editing process will begin throughout the week of filming and onwards. [November 23- December 10] Location: Since we are not permitted to film on campus, our group has decided to create a music video at the Broward County Fair. We will make use of the different hours in the day on both filming days for different parts of the music video. Scenes will be shot around the fair on rides and near surrounding game booths. My group is doing a music video for the song "Good Days" by SZA.  In typical music videos, the lyrics are portrayed through actors, objects, or things in the different scenes. Music videos are generally meant to bring the lyrics to life in a visual manner. SZA's music videos use close-ups as the main camera angle to show her lip-syncing or extreme close-ups where lyrics are linked to visuals. Every music video, in general, employs a range of camera Shots, Angles, and Movements to create various moods, reflect various genres, and accentuate specific parts within the video. Each director and/or cinematographer develops his or her own distinctive style, which is reflected in the final result. A variety of shots are used in music videos for a variety of reasons, including relating to the audience through expressing thoughts and feelings, as well as showing the spectator what is going on. The camera pans to follow the artist or to depict the artist's performance. A filmmak

Hello, I have chosen Willow Rivera, Jacob Pineiro, and Kai Lobban as my groupmates again for this project! Our new project at hand is to create a music video that is a minute and 30 seconds long as a team. I chose to work with the same people from my last project because we worked efficiently and pushed each other to get things done. Our communication was very clear as well, so we had our priorities straight and completed the assignment in a timely manner. There is a saying that goes "If it's not broke don't fix it" and that's exactly how I feel about my group. During our time working on the first project, we established a bond and ended up becoming more comfortable around each other which is also very convenient. The song we chose for our music video was "Good Days" by SZA. My team and I had made a list of songs for us to choose from, and we ultimately decided on "Good Days" by SZA because we had a lot of ideas for this song. We anal

Hello, my name is Lucia Rodriguez, and I am a sophomore in high school! I'm excited to share what I've learned in this media studies class with you throughout the year. I'm a big fan of a lot of TV shows and movies, so I'm interested in learning more about what goes on behind the scenes. This class appealed to me since it allowed me to participate in several filmmaking procedures and see the media come to life. I'm hoping to have a better grasp of the work that goes into making these shows. This class allows me to bond with my peers around a shared interest and understand how these industries function. The amount of time and effort spent on developing these many forms of media was something that struck me. With this lesson, I will most likely gain a better understanding of the rigorous and lengthy processes that these sectors must go through. I was overwhelmed by the amount of knowledge I was absorbing all at once when we had to construct a PowerPoint outlining medi
